    Wheat Watchers meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 pm at Kathy's house.

    We've talked the talk, now it's time to walk the walk. I'm letting the blog, newsletter and e-mail do most of the talking and leaving the meetings open for much more DOING!

Important Info. Tuesday

Every Tuesday I will post a document that needs to be copied and put in your 72 hr. kits. Breaking it down week by week will, hopefully, make it easier to get it DONE!

This week we are gathering our family’s immunization records. My Dr. gave me a yellow cardstock immunization record when each of my kids were born. My mom kept mine and I have that copied as well. Make copies and put them in your container.

    Do we need this info for the grown-ups too? or just the kids?

    The grown-ups too! John has he record with the military but I have mine in my folder copied.
