We've talked the talk, now it's time to walk the walk. I'm letting the blog, newsletter and e-mail do most of the talking and leaving the meetings open for much more DOING!

Powdered Eggs and Powdered Milk

Posted by imawheatwatcher on June 2, 2010

I realized as I was looking over previous posts that I didn’t post the info. about powdered eggs and powdered milk. I had a guest speaker in mind when I organized the class. However, because she was about to have a baby she wasn’t able to come and teach us. I was granted her permission to use her research and information that she found. Here are the links to her Powdered Eggs and Powdered Milk.

I just watched the Powdered Eggs video. Seriously, I feel a ton more confident about it. Tell me though, if you have fresh eggs in the fridge do you still use the powdered? Or do you use the fresh ones first and use the powdered when you run out?

  2. I use the fresh ONLY when I want scrambled eggs or fried eggs. Other than that I ALWAYS bake with my powdered eggs. The outcome is FABULOUS!
